I had a positive experience initially when purchasing my Lexus; the sales process went smoothly, and I was excited about my new vehicle. Unfortunately, that experience has since been overshadowed by a serio Lexus; the sales process went smoothly, and I was excited about my new vehicle. Unfortunately, that experience has since been overshadowed by a serious issue involving the unauthorized use of my personal information. I recently discovered that someone at the dealership used my information to apply for a Lexus credit card—something I did not authorize. To make matters worse, I have reached out to the dealership four times and left three voicemails with no response. Two messages were left specifically for the Finance Supervisor and one for the Director of Finance. I also spoke with the receptionist, who assured me that Jesse (Manager) or Ryan Ando (Manager) would follow up. To date, no one has returned my calls. This lack of accountability and responsiveness is truly disheartening and unacceptable, especially given the seriousness of the situation. I expected more from a Lexus dealership and hope that someone will take this matter seriously and contact me promptly to address it. More
