Dealership is now pressuring the owner to have the vehicle removed before the evaluation by corporate can be completed. This dealership deserves a 0 rating. Lousy Service Since Ourisman took over ownership of Lexus of Rockville, the dealership has become the worst in the area. One example: Our NX was due for service, and we scheduled it for pick up at and return to our home. The “valet” showed up 2 hours late, which meant we had to wait for him. After the service was completed, we received a call saying the car was ready and would be delivered back to our house. Three hours after the call, we still do not have the car. When I called the dealer, I was told they did not know whether the car was on its way back to us or still at the dealership. So we have no car, and no idea where it is. I will never use this dealer again. More
I leased a 2020 NX and the original msrp was 49000 and they told me its a grand collection and its 85000$ and the monthly payment is 1300$ and after a month the body kit started to fall off and the dealer they told me its a grand collection and its 85000$ and the monthly payment is 1300$ and after a month the body kit started to fall off and the dealer did not take responsibility and said its not are problem and you have to pay for it. and they promised that if i get this car after 4-5 months they will trade with what ever I want without loosing but that did not happen and the managers specialy the gsm named Jessie was harsh and very rude.now the buy out on the car is 70000$ and no dealership will trade my car and i am stuck with this.I hope this does not happen to anyone. just save your time and money and go to an other dealer ship that respects costumers.they are stealing from our pocket with the trick called the collection cars. I have owned Lexus cars for over a decade. Several of which were purchased at the Rockville location. I purchased a extended warranty for my 2018 Lexus 500 last car. 4 years and 50k miles. That included which were purchased at the Rockville location. I purchased a extended warranty for my 2018 Lexus 500 last car. 4 years and 50k miles. That included paint, Engine and tire extended warranty. I called to have a tire replaced due to a puncture. It was it within six months of a replacement due to a recall. The service tech was so rude and stated that I had no cause for the tire to be replaced by them. He never asked my name or what the circumstances were behind the issue other than to state thatI did not qualify for a new tire for the hundred thousand dollar car I purchased with additional warranty. I will never go back to Lexus of Rockville for a car purchase or service. Further the service manager and never returned my calls which is unforgivable given the expense of the car and my dedication to the Lexus product. This occurred February 5, 2020. Shame on the Lexus of Rockville for insulting a long-standing client and refusing to do what I paid for with a tire replacementg The manager called and we settled the matter amicably and I’m grateful for their interest in doing so and I give credit to the service manager for calling out the employee who clearly didn’t understand that my car was under warranty for a tire replacement. I was interested in leasing/buying the Lexus NX and was told “everything is online”. I was not shown a single car or given numbers. I walked out after talking to one person for 5 minutes. I had called and spoke to Tony Ricon sales person at Lexus of Rockville a few days ago. I asked for a specific model for 2020 car. He says he has multiple. I drive 45 minutes because I’m excited to see Lexus of Rockville a few days ago. I asked for a specific model for 2020 car. He says he has multiple. Horrible!!! They "detailed" my car- it was horrible. I could've cleaned it better myself. I mean there were food spills which were not cleaned when I bought my used car. It was ridiculous. Then, I took it in to get a dent fixed. They "fixed" the dent so poorly that chips of paint were peeling up and they also added a huge scratch to the side of my car in the process. I asked them to fix the scratch-they wouldn't. The final straw was when I scheduled an appointment on the phone. They knew I'd be waiting for my car. After about 30 minutes a service associate claimed they never scheduled an appointment and that I'd have to bring it back at another date. I said I spoke to one of the other sales associates who was standing right there and they actually started to laugh at me. It was insanely rude and unprofessional. They hide problems in used vehicles and do REALLY bad service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership! The sales team is nice- that's about the only good thing here. More
