My car buying experience was amazing!! Having purchased multiple Lexuses from my finance advisor & manager at Lexus of Rockville, Ms. Adnan, I started with her. I continued with my sales advisor Mr. Seth multiple Lexuses from my finance advisor & manager at Lexus of Rockville, Ms. Adnan, I started with her. I continued with my sales advisor Mr. Seth Hamm, a wealth of product and vehicle knowledge, who went above and beyond to consult me on the best vehicle to suit my needs. Both professionals stayed after hours, away from their families, in the COVID-19 environment, to seamlessly close my deal. Best of all, I didn’t need to haggle, they came prepared with best pricing ahead of time and there was no back-and-forth between the sales advisor and manager, which is a major turnoff that I’ve noticed in other car buying experiences. I believe this is unique to the teamwork between Ms. Adnan & Mr. Hamm. I am ecstatic! More
