Jimmy Baker serviced my previous 2010 RX350 for many years until I sold it in 2020. In August 2020. I purchased a new 2020 RX350 in New Jersey. I live in Virginia but elected to continue come to Maryla years until I sold it in 2020. In August 2020. I purchased a new 2020 RX350 in New Jersey. I live in Virginia but elected to continue come to Maryland to have Jimmy oversee the service of the new car. He is competent, loyal to the dealer and the customers . He is thorough in being sure that all repairs, etc are made, looks to give the best fair pricing and he is just sooooo good that I will put all the service on this new car in his capable hands!!! He is the best!!! I know as I have had his expertise for at least 7 or more years!!! More
