I was told repeatedly the vehicle was not available, reserved, or they just don't ord on the EAST COAST willing to order the exact vehicle I desired. They were more worried about making a sale instead of meeting my wants and needs. This was not the case with Pei Pei ar Ourisman Lexus of Rockville.
