From the first time I contacted the dealership, Kewei Wu was very quick to respond. He is professional and very knowledgeable about the products, especially the SUV which I was interested in buying. My experience was nothing short of excellent from the time I located my car online, to calling in to speak to a representative, who forwarded me to a salesperson (FAHAD), who not only knew the particular time I located my car online, to calling in to speak to a representative, who forwarded me to a salesperson (FAHAD), who not only knew the particular car that I wanted but saved it for me to test drive that same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by staff when I walked out the door, as I waited for my sales consultant. No more than a minute later he arrived with the keys to the car that I was interested in confirming the stock number that I saw online. He not only provided me all the details I needed but discussed more as I test drove the 2023 vehicle. During my test drive, he was very knowledgeable of all the warranties for the vehicle, including what was included with the premium package I had ordered. Details down to the intricacies of the leather, the color, the MPG, the 50,000 miles/four-year warranty, the mobile app registration, I was extremely impressed and happy. There was no bsing around, or pretending to know something that he didn't know. He also confirmed any second guesses I may have had when it came to getting the vehicle service and stated that that is also something that I was able to sign up for in the process of my vehicle purchase. After confirming I wanted the vehicle, I submitted my application, and it wasn't no more than 24 hours later that I have the keys to the car in my hand. The interest rate in the deal I got was really great. And the finance manager, Roseanne, did a great job with keeping in contact with me making sure that she had all the information to process my application for my auto loan. I'm really pleased with the service I received at this dealership along with a consistent effort between sales and the finance manager. They knew everything down to which credit bureaus they were going to pull, the interest rate which was pretty low, and the deal I got on my vehicle. They also told me everything from the lemon law down to the right of attorney to get the tags for my car along with the registration. This is my first-time shopping here since I was fed up with other dealerships that tend to not have this information or lack thereof. I felt like a client from beginning to end and I highly encourage and recommend Ourisman Lexus of Rockville for anyone in need of a reliable vehicle but with A twist of luxury. More
