I dropped my car and was the first appointment of the morning - about an hour later I was notified of what work was needed and pricing of Rockville. I have been using this dealer for quite some time. The service as far as mechanical issues are concerned, has for the most part been fine. I did have a problem the last time I was in with the service The service as far as mechanical issues are concerned, has for the most part been fine. I did have a problem the last time I was in with the service for cleaning the car. It was left spotty, the rims were not cleaned adequately nor was the front of the car. Additionally, more seriously the front passenger floor mat was not installed properly. This came as a shock to me given my previous experience at this dealer. More

I do not find the dealership friendly. The manager whom I dealt with was not friendly, kind of "take it, or leave it" attitude, never smiled, never greeted. Pei Pei was absolutely amazing. I wanted the white car and they didn’t have it in right away so I said let me purchase the black. She said no, you should wait and get what you like.
