Our RX450H needed its regularly scheduled service at 40,000 miles. We purchased the RX450H at our local Lexus dealer in Reno, Nevada with the intention of driving it to Bethesda, Maryland. Both our mothers live on the East Coast and are in respective independent living and memory care communities. We received our covid vaccinations in April, but we’re hesitant to fly. The RX450H has proven to be the perfect choice for our situation. We rented an apartment in Bethesda and leave the RX450H here. Ourisman Lexus has been wonderful to work with and we look forward to using them in t future. “You always get your way at Ourisman Chevrolet” is seared into my memory since childhood. More
