I went to the Lexus dealership in Rockville, MD where I purchased and have serviced my cars for the past 17 years. My service here has been uneven, depending on service advisor & tech. They are qualified, but I am not certain everything is being performed as specified by the mfr. Be ready to question needless service. I may or may not return. More
