Ourisman had very friendly associates in their service department. The waiting area was clean, well stocked with beverages and since the service on my vehicle was going to be several hours, I was offered department. The waiting area was clean, well stocked with beverages and since the service on my vehicle was going to be several hours, I was offered a loaner by my associate Mr. Shawn Solan. The loaner was great and by the time I returned the car to the dealership, my vehicle was almost ready. Shawn, who had to leave early that day, even called to check in with me after he was off duty to make sure everything was good. Great customer service!
