Ourisman Lexus of Rockville - Service Center

During my recent visit 12/2022, my experience was a DISASTER! Tha car’s front bumper was hit by an equipment while in the service bay resulting in damage. The car had to be brought to a body shop and DISASTER! Tha car’s front bumper was hit by an equipment while in the service bay resulting in damage. The car had to be brought to a body shop and stayed there for a week for front bumper replacement resulting in travel plans altered. Previous to this service ( 15K) I had to drive back to the dealership because the technician didn’t set the outside temperature connection properly. The Lexus app recorded harsh driving while the car was being transported from the dealership to and from the body shop. I have submitted two reviews almost a week ago as requested by “Lexus Experience “ and from a Ukia Robbins but I have not received a response. More

I had a major maintenance performed at this location. Everything from scheduling to the getting a loaner was easy with short wait times. Inside of my car was even cleaned which I greatly appreciated.
