Visited this dealership for the first time. I'm well versed in cars, can turn a wrench myself, and usually use trusted independent mechanics for things I need help with. I decided to give this dealer a shot because I needed the work done quickly and the price quoted online ($190) seemed fair. The service advisor was friendly overall, but I was disappointed by the typical attempt to overcharge (nearly 2X) for a fairly simple service "because the computer said so". They did make good on the original quote, but only after I called them out and asked to speak to the service manager. Sadly, I assume this tactic works on most unsuspecting customers and is the way things simply are with dealership compensation models. At the end of the service, I was offered new control arms for more than $3K - wow. I was expecting much more from the "legendary" Lexus service experience I had heard about. Perhaps they are busy enough without my business. Thank you. More

After 20 years of servicing my RX at Lexus of Rockville (later Ourisman Lexus of Rockville) I thought it maybe time to buy a new one. This is when I met my incredible salesman, YK. YK was super attentive (later Ourisman Lexus of Rockville) I thought it maybe time to buy a new one. This is when I met my incredible salesman, YK. YK was super attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He made this car buying experience effortless for my husband and I. He found us the color of RX that we wanted with the equipment that we desired. While we waited to sign papers, he made sure that we were comfortable. Even more importantly, he memorialized the purchase of the RX with the pictures of himself, me and that famous red Lexus bow on the car. This was very special because this car was not only a Christmas present but also my birthday present. A couple of days after the purchase he called to check to see how things were going with the car. We told him we were very happy with our purchase. I really appreciated the follow-up call. My husband and I will definitely refer family, friends and our clients to him when they are looking for a Lexus.
