Mike is my new service manager for ever!My situation Mike is my new service manager for ever! My situation was I came in to get four new tires because of your advertised special. He of course then told me I needed one additional maintenance on my routine maintenance. He got it covered under my warranty which was great since my car is older, and as soon as I pulled out of the dealership and got home my four beautiful brand new tires one of them got a nail in it somewhere between the dealership and my condo. Came back in the next Morning and he took care of it quickly with no charge… What could be better? Sweet kind young man I appreciate it. Will buying our Lexus new cars through Ourisman for sure!
