Some of the highlights of the last year: (1) our vehicle was left unlocked over the weekend (walked up to it on a Sunday and just opened the door) (2) rotation and balance performed but the tire pressure not manually checked (caught a flat the next day, and B.J's service tech told me I shouldn't use third party stem caps - like the one I had stripped out before taking it to Oursman the day before for R&B!) (3) This week, went in to have a REAR Radio knob replaced; they replaced the FRONT radio panel! (at the time of this writing - still no relevant update on the correct repair)! While warranty repairs, the time spent chasing these "dog's" is not worth the money (time)! More

Mark Gomez, the salesman I worked with, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have not had to go back for maintenance yet, so I cannot vouch for the dealership on that, but my car purchase experience was great. After an entire day of dealing with sketchy people at other places, my experience here was a breath of fresh air. More
