Would have given zero stars if possible! Shopped for a good price on a new 4 Runner, saved a little money but paid with poor customer service and issues with the vehicle registration. He told me asking for compensation regarding something confirmed by another Ourisman employee in writing was me threatening and trying to blackmail his dealership. The strangest customer service interaction I have ever had. Avoid this place at all cost! More
