Very happy with Ourisman Toyota of Edgewood. MD. Got a great deal. The RAV4 they sold me was $5000 cheaper than the RAV4 at a local Toyota dealer. They gave me $9000 more for my trade than the l MD. Buyer beware! !! Drove an hour to get to this dealership to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I got there, they couldn’t find the car! I waited 45 min while they !! Drove an hour to get to this dealership to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I got there, they couldn’t find the car! I waited 45 min while they “looked for it” and the sales rep said, “maybe you could come back tomorrow.” I told her it was an hour drive and that I was leaving. No apologies, no nothing. She did ask if I wanted to look at other vehicles. I left. Felt like bait & switch to me! More
