The most pleasant a car buying experience can be! I can't say enough about how different our experience with Ourisman was than our experience the day before with Jim Coleman in Clarksville where we ha I can't say enough about how different our experience with Ourisman was than our experience the day before with Jim Coleman in Clarksville where we had to walk out at the last minute. We left Jim Coleman after a full-day of haggling and being left alone while "negotiations" happened in a back room, after learning that a major part of our vehicle (added leather) was not at all as described when we were shown final photos during the financing process. It was a frustrating experience that honestly left me in tears wanting to just give up on getting a Honda Odyssey. In comes Ourisman to save the day! We decided to call up the other dealership that contacted us through the USAA auto circle and describe our situation. I can't say enough about how kind, fast, and pressure-free the experience with Ourisman (in particular, Earl the Director of Sales whom we spoke with on the phone the night after leaving Jim Coleman) and also Mfon who assisted us in person the next day when we came in to finalize the deal. Mfon, in addition to being very young and handsome (he'll get a kick out of this part) was kind, respectful, courteous, and never left us alone for more than a few minutes, and even then described where he was going and what he was doing (and it was always related to our sale). Car dealerships like Jim Coleman are the reason why everyone dreads going in to buy a new car.
