Putting People First I had a great experience working with Laura. She was friendly and helpful and did not waste my time. I came in as a walk-in with no appointment and I had a great experience working with Laura. She was friendly and helpful and did not waste my time. I came in as a walk-in with no appointment and was provided assistance immediately. Laura showed me what was in my range and what I was looking for without trying to peddle or push. We test drove and after making a decision then walked through a purchase process quickly and pain free. I was given an inviting and comfortable environment where I did not feel pushed or pressured. She even gave me some coffee while I waited for a little bit of the paperwork. I was then put in the care of Debbie Lewis who did a great job of walking me through the finance portion of my visit. Debbie handled all my finance paperwork and was very friendly and upfront about all the offers, pro-cons of extra packages ect. I even went back to change one of my add-on options and the process was easy and painfree. She answered every question I had and made polite small talk. Great communication with quick response and friendly service. I walked out of 3 other dealerships earlier that same day because of the poor customer service and uninviting demeanor of the sales staff. The folks here at Ourisman Honda in Laurel treated me well and that matters more to me than just a good sticker price.
