A Perfect Experience Had been looking for a very specific car for the past 3 years. Having purchased from Overturf several times previously, decided to check their website Had been looking for a very specific car for the past 3 years. Having purchased from Overturf several times previously, decided to check their website. There was the car I’d been looking for but it was after hours. Filled out a note of interest online. Very shortly thereafter received a note that someone would call in the morning. Heard this from other dealers before, so always a bit skeptical. But first thing the next morning got the call and the vehicle was still available. On the web it looked too good to be true, but as soon as I saw it as I pulled in their driveway, it was one of those wow moments. The salesman had the car pulled forward before I arrived and met me at the door. Looked over the car and had my second wow moment. Took it for a test drive and made my decision as we drove back in the lot. Sold! From there it was a quick discussion to a final number and then to the finance manager for a bit more discussion and to write out my check . No pressure anytime during the process, and felt reassured along the way. It’s the kind of dealing and feeling that I like. Though it had been a few years since last purchasing from Overturf, it was the same good feeling on Thursday that I’d had before. Very pleased with the salesman, Byron, and also Mark in finance. Even though I was a cash customer, it’s the kind of experience that we all want to have. It’s the kind of experience that would have me come back again, the kind of experience I think we all hope to have. More
