So Impressed With Overturf! I was so anxious about buying my first car by myself, especially buying a used car from what I considered a new-car dealership. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and listened to, and made the whole process as easy as possible. This time we were buying a car for our senior citizen mother who had a very specific list of wants. Wasn't looking forward to it. From the minute we entered the showroom Larry was warm and fun. He has a great sense of humor. No pressure. Provided information and got us to what we wanted. No games. He even gave Grandma a kiss on the cheek. What impressed me most is Larry said as far as he was concerned the sale was just the beginning of the relationship with him. I believe him. He encouraged her that they would get together several times to go over the features of the car and she could stop by anytime she had a question about her car. Living 4 hours away I really appreciate his willingness to continue to help. New cars have lots of new technology that can be overwhelming to anyone let alone a senior citizen. Trying to answer question for a car I don't drive from across the state would be a challenge. Knowing she has someone fun & pleasant willing to help her anytime left me feeling like Overturf understands customer service and is ethical. I would buy from Larry again. More
