Best car buying experience ever! Walking into Overturf was the best decision I made when choosing my new car! I had gone to multiple different dealerships before we made our stop here Walking into Overturf was the best decision I made when choosing my new car! I had gone to multiple different dealerships before we made our stop here and all of the salespeople at the other dealerships were extremely pushy and didn’t know how to answer questions I had about the cars I was looking at, or about financing. When we got to Overturf, Frank Valle greeted us right away and listened to what i wanted and knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me cars within my budget. We went on a few test drives and with his experience, he helped me to see options that I love in each of the cars that I may not have noticed before. Im indecisive and was having a hard time deciding between cars and he was so patient with me. I never once felt rushed or pressured. He even got my parents and I hot chocolate to warm us up after the test drives we took in the freezing temperatures. We felt right at home and Frank made us feel like family. We laughed pretty much the entire time and it made the stress of car buying feel effortless which is the exact opposite of what you’ll get anywhere else. I am SO happy with my new car and am so grateful that Frank was able to find me exactly what I wanted for the right price! More
