But we had some very specific requirements for the vehicle. The next step was to look for a dealership willing to work with us to find exactly the car we wanted. After a couple of bad interactions with other dealerships trying to sell us something other than what we wanted, we contacted Overturf and were and started dealing with Larry. He set up my wife with a test drive to make sure the Atlas was comfortable for her to drive, and had all the features she was looking for. He even pushed her a little beyond her comfort level to make eliminate any doubts. It worked, and for the first time in her life, my wife actually had a useful test-drive. The dealership did not have the Atlas with all of the features we were looking for, so Larry did a search of other dealerships to find exactly what we wanted. He found one that met our needs, and contacted me with the information. Overturf helped us on the trade-in value of our old vehicle, and Larry found us some rebates and worked with us on the timing of our purchase to make sure we got the best deal possible. Dealing with Larry was the best dealership experience we have ever had. He did not try to push us into a vehicle we did not want, and worked extra hard to find the features we did want. On top of that, he was always personable, and made sure we were comfortable with what we were getting. A new car was a huge investment for us, and after working with Larry Riggs and Overturf Volkswagen Kia, we do not regret it. More

When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf. More
