Overturf Motors treated us fairly We purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 recently from Overturf Motors and we were pleased with the process. Finding a Q7 that met our requirements was not easy a We purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 recently from Overturf Motors and we were pleased with the process. Finding a Q7 that met our requirements was not easy as there is a lack of supply at this time. We searched all dealerships in the state and Overturf had the one we wanted. We visited the dealership to inspect the vehicle and there was no high pressure salesmanship. In fact we completed the negotiation via email which was perfect for us since we live 80 miles from there. Our salesperson, Jen, was very patient and understanding and most importantly completely transparent during the process. She spent a lot of time with us going over the bells and whistles included with this luxury SUV. And they gave us a fair value for our trade in. Thanks Jen and thanks Overturf Motors we are very happy with our purchase. More

I only had one problem and that was my down payment was on a credit card and they only accept 5000 on a credit card. I had to leave and get a money order to finish the transaction. Nobody asked me if I was putting down a down payment until the paperwork showed I was borrowing the full amount. I was using USAA car buying service and borrowing from USAA. Other than that small bit of confusion, it was a great experience and the car sold for a very nice price. More
