False advertisement went in with my pregnant fiancé looking to trade in our car for a larger suv for our growing family. Frank knowing sold is a car that broke down right away they had contact with pre looking to trade in our car for a larger suv for our growing family. Frank knowing sold is a car that broke down right away they had contact with previous owners so my guess is they let previous owners trade the car knowing it had problems and screwed over the next. I avoided corner lot dealers for a this reason and got the same from them never recommending to anybody. More

He was very condescending towards me while I explained what my vehicle was doing and why I was there for service, very abrupt when I asked questions about the service for my vehicle and parts that may be what my vehicle was doing and why I was there for service, very abrupt when I asked questions about the service for my vehicle and parts that may be needed. I have never felt this way when I have came in and been helped by Josh, he has always been pleasant and helpful. Rob was very misogynistic even on the phone when he called to inform me of the status of my vehicle, My Fiancé came in to pick up my vehicle and he had a completely different attitude with him. Is it because I am a woman? Because my money spends the same. I Love Volkswagen I will be back I even got my Soon to be mother in law to buy a 2021 atlas from you guys. Maybe just a lil more customer service training is needed? Isn't exactly how someone wants to be treated especially when they are already bringing a vehicle for service. More
