I love my new Sportage and Frank is GREAT to work with! It is a bit nerve-wracking to be a single woman buying a car. I did not want a pushy salesman who talked down to me or tried to "work" me. He was helpful and informative, but not condescending. He was knowledgeable about the details of the Sportage I was interested in. They were fair on my trade and I was pleased with the cost of the vehicle. Frank took the time to sit in the car with me and go over many of the features and how to access and operate them. Woah. Buying my first BRAND new car was a tough decision, and I didn’t even know it was possible. Brad is not your typical car salesman that only sees the commission check. Rather, he was authentic and hones and I didn’t even know it was possible. Brad is not your typical car salesman that only sees the commission check. Rather, he was authentic and honest. My wife and I went to look at some vehicles, and I mean only look. The thing that stood out to me was that Brad never pressured us into running credit when we said we were just looking, which is something we have had issues with other dealerships (Toyota etc) and he spent numerous hours every day with us over a 3 day period before we decided to actually run credit. The entire time it wasn’t just about the cars we were interested in, and it was refreshing to be able to talk about other things like family, hobbies and such. For a majority of the time it felt like he was an old friend and we were just catching up. When it came time to make a decision, he went over every option with us so we knew exactly what we wanted to do, and he helped us make the best decision that was right for us. This has been by far the best experience I’ve had at any place of business, not just car dealership. Thanks to Brad and his friendship, honesty, and efficiency I’m now in a new car I love, and I’ve made a friend for life who I will be sending as many referrals as possible to. More
