Woah. Buying my first BRAND new car was a tough decision, and I didn’t even know it was possible. Brad is not your typical car salesman that only sees the commission check. Rather, he was authentic and hones and I didn’t even know it was possible. Brad is not your typical car salesman that only sees the commission check. Rather, he was authentic and honest. My wife and I went to look at some vehicles, and I mean only look. The thing that stood out to me was that Brad never pressured us into running credit when we said we were just looking, which is something we have had issues with other dealerships (Toyota etc) and he spent numerous hours every day with us over a 3 day period before we decided to actually run credit. The entire time it wasn’t just about the cars we were interested in, and it was refreshing to be able to talk about other things like family, hobbies and such. For a majority of the time it felt like he was an old friend and we were just catching up. When it came time to make a decision, he went over every option with us so we knew exactly what we wanted to do, and he helped us make the best decision that was right for us. This has been by far the best experience I’ve had at any place of business, not just car dealership. Thanks to Brad and his friendship, honesty, and efficiency I’m now in a new car I love, and I’ve made a friend for life who I will be sending as many referrals as possible to. More

Was shown a lot of the technical equipment the 2019 VW Alltrack had. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, understanding of what we wanted. We would definitely shop again. The finance manager was absolutely rude when we declined the extra options when closing the deal. Tom Hunter was exceptional and never lied at any point over the phone or in person. I would not recommend d the extra options when closing the deal. Tom Hunter was exceptional and never lied at any point over the phone or in person. I would not recommend dealing with Mark finance manager at any level I even debated walking out at the finance portion due to his poor attitude. The salesman on the floor and over the phone were all amazing. The only reason I didn't walk out was because Tom and the sales manager did great. A word of advice please remind your team the deal ain't a deal until we sign and the finance manager almost lost you guys a deal for being a jerk. More
