Needs better phone ettiquette, got hung up on multiple times while being transferred around endlessly. Also, you need to be better at keeping your word. There is a lot of floundering and wishy washines fr times while being transferred around endlessly. Also, you need to be better at keeping your word. Seller was very pushy with pushing me to buy the “best” insurance, i was told everything would be covered no matter what by him. I wasnt even told about the 200 deductible. So when i took my truck in for a check engine light, and after paying the 200 dollar deductible, I was told i had to pay more. According to the service dept what i was toldby the seller is not true and i got handed a bill even after the 200 deductible was paid. The seller was very pushy i should buy the insurance claiming everything would be covered if i bought the premium insurance. What’s the point of getting it if i’m still gonna get handed a bill. Do better at keeping your word. Seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere next time. 1 star is too much, i wouldve given no stars. More

Appointment date was over 2 weeks out but the Owatonna dealership provided a loaner once I brought the vehicle in and serviced my vehicle in a timely matter. Well I would like to say that when I had the car towed there they said they would get to it that day it's an easy job next day It wasn't done I tried contacting them they didn't contact me back and when t there they said they would get to it that day it's an easy job next day It wasn't done I tried contacting them they didn't contact me back and when they did contact me back they said something about the VIN numbers not matching up so they made a wrong key I gave them the old fob and the old key that works for the doors and when I paid for the service they had already been closed and the lady at the front didn't know anything about anything no knowledge on nothing and so I pretty much paid for a service that I didn't get I would say that is not good service More
