I was so disappointed with my recent service visit. One item didn't get completed with no explanation. They put the wrong oil in and overfilled the crankcase. The dipstick was not fully inserted. And the dealership delayed my appointment and delayed my pickup. I will not return here for service. More

Very easy to work with. Staff was very friendly and kept me up to speed on the progress of my vehicle. Ryan the technician was top notch as well taking the time out of his ( Staff was very friendly and kept me up to speed on the progress of my vehicle. I was very pleased with the promptness of performing the needed services. There was no pressure urging me that Owatonna CJDR Ford Lincoln had to perform any of the assessed problems, I was in control of wha needed services. Service manager and tech were both amazing. I was disappointed with how long it took to get the part my truck needed. Most likely that was not the fault of the dealership, but still an issue.
