Cristina was very caring. She checked in with me before any work was done. She treated me very well. Almost like how you would treat a friend. I got my car earlier than expected which was wonderful. Cristina knew I had a bad experience at another dealership and although she never said anything negative about the other place, she made sure I had a good experience with Owatonna Ford. My warranty covered almost everything, but the rest out of pocket costs was very reasonable. Also the paperwork I received after my car was done is very easy to understand, readable, and was not covered in grease. Owatonna Ford was clean. I will definitely be back!!
