Warranty work on my 2022 Jeep Cherokee. Parts didn’t show up on time. Vehicle needed a Cam Position Sensor. Dash idiot lights were on. Received a call indicating that you all were going to put a used part on my car. A nearly brand new vehicle and putting a used part on it is beyond unacceptable. Doubtful that I’d ever get any service work done again at this dealership. My trust is shattered. Look at it from a customer perspective. Would you trust this dealership with any repair work??? More

Pulled up to oil change door they opened it right up and had me pull in. Asked what they could do for me. I told and he told me it would be ready in 10 minutes.
