Waste of 4 hour round trip My family and I drove two hours after we talked to Jena on the phone saying that we wanted to trade in our car and purchase the truck they had. Once My family and I drove two hours after we talked to Jena on the phone saying that we wanted to trade in our car and purchase the truck they had. Once we got there, they drove the truck to a sister dealer to be looked at and the manager said, "It ain't sold so It ain't sold." Said they don't have store policy to hold cars to be looked at. So rather then letting me buy the truck on the spot like I said I was going to, they let someone else look at it and who knows if it sold or not. Jena stuck up for us and had a few words to the manager and I thank her. But it worked out I found great customer service at Neil Huffman Honda 15 minutes away a drove home with a better truck. They closed at 6 pm, we showed up at 5:55 and thyey insisted we stay as long as it took to get us in the truck after we told them about how awful our service was at Oxmoor. I will drive a four hour round trip for them to look at my car. As a retired military member Oxmoor treated a vet like CRAP!!!! More

Not quick or responsive We took our car in for a 2 hour job and still don't have the car a week later. We've called so many times and no one will call us back. Came back next day working with finance and they said we did not qualify but after vigorous complaining and in necessary haggling we received the x plan price but wasted a lot of time and we were about to walk out when management agree to honor the x plan price we were offered. Other than that everyone was friendly. I have no fault with bond cameron our sales person. More
