Overall the service was fine once they were able to complete my work. I needed a software update that could not be completed at my original appointment time. After showing up I had to reschedule. We could have figured this issue out in 5 min if he would have walked over checked. The time it took him to put my info in for the appointment, y'all could have figured that out. More
