I reported that my truck is vibrating at 40-60mph upon acceleration. They stated they would fix the problem and take care of it. The problem is still occurring. The salesman I worked with Steve, told me that in my bill of sale there would be a documented “I owe You” 3 oil changes. Upon telling that to the service department, not only was it not documented, but the sale itself was not documented. To the point they were stating that I was the former owner of the vehicle and they had already serviced my vehicle enough times, not to warrant an oil change. I appreciate the service manager covering my bill and coming to an understanding of my situation. However, I do not appreciate the fact my truck is still not fixed. More
