Well we got there right at noon, I already had the car picked out and set up a test drive with Addy, I never even saw her, Sebastian helped us out and was great! The trade in value of my car was reasonable after we negotiated the price a little more, but the reason why this gets one star is because we had to wait 5.5 hours due to only one financial guy working and there were 5 people buying cars in front of us…it was a nightmare. 10/10 would not recommend due to this long wait. I did purchase the car and I’m thankful for that. So thank you. More
