When I arrived Jay took over and simply listened to exactly what I was looking for - he never tried to steer me to a different car that was easier for him to acquire. Once he found a specific car that matched what I was looking for he did the legwork to confirm it was exactly what I wanted and then drove to another state and retrieve the car himself. There were no surprises when the final paperwork was signed because they were 100% transparent throughout the process. More
