We are sorry about any confusion that has been caused. I know you spoke with our GSM the other day. Everything from our side shows it was sent to the right place. We have a Toyota dealership so our accounting department is very familiar with sending pay offs to them, we all share the same accounting department.. We are still investigating on why Toyota is telling you a different story. Once we can get a reason to why they are telling you otherwise we will reach out. They may just be taking longer to process it then normal. Processing departments and customer service departments are usually not one in the same, so they don't always have the same information. I assure you we are doing everything we can to assist in this situation.

I did speak to kent t. He promised to call me back in 15 minutes and that was days ago !. I have emailed mario and your customer care and no return email. I have left voicemails to kent and mario and my sales person and no return calls ! It might help if your people would reach out to letme know that someone is trying to correct this problem. When im recieving bills that a payment is due on the vehicle i traded to your dealership over a month ago i get concerned.. This is my credit that you are putting in jeopardy . There were MANY other issues with this transaction as well, but the payoff of the vehicle i no longer own is my main concern
