With excellent credit and a SIGNIFICANT down payment I entrusted this dealership to provide my family with a safe and reliable vehicle. When asking if there's anything they can do, as I have not even made my first payment on said vehicle, they denied any help because I did not make an additional purchase of their premium coverages.
