Most unprofessional car dealer I have ever encountered My husband and I were going to trade in our 2 cars and purchase 2 cars. We test drove both cars and were ready to deal. They would never tell us the exact price of the cars. The used cars have no prices on them which I found to be very suspect. They kept writing payment amounts on a piece of copy paper with green Sharpie along with smiley faces and things like "wow!" and "great deal!". I felt like I was in kindergarten. They next thing we knew they were trying to sell us a car we hadn't even seen. After 5 long hours we finally got our keys back and ran from there as fast as we could. Our salesman Nick was great but the sales manager Avery seemed quite shady. They used so many unprofessional tactics to try to get us in a car we didn't want. Went to another dealer a week later and had the best experience ever. We got the car we wanted with no pressure or lies. I will never set foot on any Oxmoor car dealer property ever again. More

Even though the place was busy he still made us feel like we were the only ones there. He seemed to know lots of details and one thing we appreciated is that he didn't try to sell us the most expensive thing on the lot. We finally picked a car and went into finance. The finance manager worked quickly and quietly and got us in and out within a couple hours. Over all a great experience and no issues with the car yet! More
