After looking into a vehicle online and submitting our info, Lilly reached out and was really helpful answering our questions and setting up an appointment. Upon showing up we got to work with Jaquis who info, Lilly reached out and was really helpful answering our questions and setting up an appointment. Upon showing up we got to work with Jaquis who jumped in immediately and started helping us. Jaquis was a pleasure to work with and incredibly knowledge of the vehicle, showing us all the features and giving us detailed information. We also had the pleasure of working with Mario who helped us understand the financing and got it set up. Jaquis nor Mario made us feel pressured to do anything, were very straight forward and made the experience very easy and the best car buying experience so far. 10/10 would recommend both. There was a small hiccup with the car not already having something we were told it did, but Jaquis has been working with us to resolve. More

Everything about them was poor. The salesperson, Juan, never mentioned there was a 5% markup over MSRP until we began negotiating an out the door price. The general manager, Matt Storm, was rude and arrogant and it took the general manager of Oxmoor Toyota, Patrick O’Donnell, to complete the deal. Two hours after we thought we had purchased a silver CX-5, Juan called to inform me the silver model had been sold two days earlier. Juan said a blue model was available and I told him we didn’t want blue and for us to purchase the blue we would need an additional discount of $500.00. Juan checked with Storm and he said the price was set. I again told Juan something had to be done; it was their error and he said they were not changing the price. Needless to say, the deal did not happen. We will be looking at other dealerships in the area. More
