Follow up has been terrible. So many items they didn't follow up on and could not even get a phone call back. I even sent the General Manager a nice email with concerns and didn't even hear back from him follow up on and could not even get a phone call back. We went back to Mazda when looking for a new vehicle because of the reliability and quality of workmanhip that we had experienced with Oxmoor Mazda with our other vehicle, which is a Mazda. This was our first car buying experience and overall the process went well. The first day was a little rough. We found a car we liked, but felt pressured and needed a night to sleep on things. Overnight we found a similar car that we liked better and the next day went back in and met with a different sales person. Buzzy was kind to us and didn't pressure us at all. We had all of our questions answered as needed and overall the process went much smoother. We are happy with the end results (other than the fact that the 2nd key didn't work and a couple other snafus)however, its not too much to complain about. More

Horrible service. They forgot to order our part after taking 2 hours just to tell us they needed to order the part! Eric and the crew at oxmoor Mazda went above and beyond their duties as car salesmen to get had an experience like the one I had at this dealership. I would not only recommend this dealership to a friend but I plan to go back there when I am car shopping again. I rate this dealership a 10 out of 10 because not only was Eric Hall a friendly respectful salesman but he was completely honest about everything from the very beginning and I even learned a few things about cars and how bank financing works. I got the car I wanted and more, for the price that I wanted. I felt so comfortable with the process ! I went into Oxmoor Mazda with my boyfriend the day after Christmas not expecting to buy a car, but looking for something possible. My boyfriend had been in contact with Buzzy before we arrived on the lot, a Christmas not expecting to buy a car, but looking for something possible. My boyfriend had been in contact with Buzzy before we arrived on the lot, and Buzzy already had a list of cars for us that were in our price range when we arrived. He was always very honest and friendly with us and heleped us out with everything. We ended up buying a 2005 Mazda6 for an unbelieveable price because of the extremely friendly staff and how much they were willing to work with us. Our visit ended up lasting about 3 hours because of different reasons but it was a very pleasurable experience thanks to Buzzy and all of his help. More

He even carried over my oil chang I traded in my Mazda5 2008 for a Mazda5 2012 for Xmas!!! Sales guy Buzz was awsum and attended to my every need. He even carried over my oil changes from my older car to my new one. The finance guy was great and worked magic with the price and percentage rate. ******* I will never buy from oxmoor mazda on shelbyville rd. again!!!!!!! worst experience ever .where do i start. first of all the quoted price that they were going to give me on my tradein was great until rd. again!!!!!!! worst experience ever .where do i start. first of all the quoted price that they were going to give me on my tradein was great until i notice once i bought the car and got home and went over my paperwork they screwed me and gave me less amount for what they told me, went back in the next day to get it straighten out and still was not the amount they told me , so they rip me off there. then it took them a month or longer to pay off my trade in and i got stuck with late fees from my bank and had to pay another car payment since they took there sweet ass time. then they said car has nevered been wreck even got a car fax report and it was clean until i had my body man look at it today and said it been wreck before. they were suppose to detail my car before i took it off the lot it was half ass done ! everytime i would call about my problems they would put me on the phone with someone different everytime so nothing was getting done with the problems . did nothing but give me the run arounds. i highly advise not to buy a car there trust me.. its worth waiting for the right car and it sure isnt there. worst customer service ever . im a business owner also and never treat my clients this way .theres alot more issues i had. thats just a start , but im not going to waste my whole night writing about this so called company More
