I purchased a 2007 Saturn in April with the help of JO-JO and the exellent job that Wayne Burns did on getting me financed after a past problem and now being on disability!I made the decision in late Sept.I and the exellent job that Wayne Burns did on getting me financed after a past problem and now being on disability!I made the decision in late Sept.I just did not like the car and called and spoke to Johnny Pittman about refund on the service contract I had purchased.I told him the situation and he said he would try to help me.When he rec.how much my refund would be,I told him I really wanted a new black Corolla.I new I was upside down and there would be a time to bite the bullit!Johnny called Toyota credit and got me approved on a 36 month lease.Robert Jaggers closed my sale and it seemed we had a lot of things in common as he explained the lease and also the negative equity.I am very thankful for this group of guys that helped me with my 2013 Black Corolla.Jo-Jo did a great job as well on both cars.The only name that has slipped my mind was the young lady who helped set and explain my audio system with my telephone(she was very patient with me!!).Thanks again to everyone and I can only hope the service dept.will represent Oxmoor Toyota in the same fashion. I came into oxmoor toyota only to look and ended up leaving with a used honda civic. Dino was very helpful when it came to picking out cars. He was very knowledgeable of cars, which I found exceptional because it was a honda and not a toyota, which is what you would imagine he specials in. We went on a test drive and he continued to inform us more of the car. When it came to buying the car, Dino was able to get us a deal and also was able to help work around my finances. Dino was very friendly and not two pushing, both qualities that I feel would be important when going out car shopping. Overall Dino was an excellent salesman. More
Tyrone was friendly and worked very hard to get a vehicle financed for me in an unexpected time where i was not looking for a vehicle, as my neice was in a wreck two weeks ago and i was getting a vehicle for financed for me in an unexpected time where i was not looking for a vehicle, as my neice was in a wreck two weeks ago and i was getting a vehicle for her as she is expecting her first child. I found a car on cars.com from the Oxmoor Toyota dealership. We went to drive the car that I had found. Corey Morris was very pushy, would not shut his mouth on the drive to check the car out. He insisted that he be the 1 to check the back lights when I was very capable with my partner. He was very unhelpful when it came to negotiations and distrusted what we said. We were pestered by him multiple times because he could not trust our word that we would be back to get the car. He was almost in tears when we walked out the door because we did not purchase the vehicle that minute. "I don't know what I am going to do. I am in a pickle now. Please help me out." His constant ugly phone calls to push further for us to come back was down right ridiculous. 1st of all the car sold itself and the manager made it fit our budget, NOT Corey!!! 2nd Corey did not know when to stop when we told him we would be back for the car a little later. 3rd Corey's attitude was very arrogant, smart elic, pushy, whiny, and had extremely bad manners. He needs to practice on his manners and his respect issues along with his customer service skills. He cannot talk to people the way he did and expect them to return. It is because of him we will not be back!!! The only good thing he did was to tell us about this site to rate him so that we could warn others and his bosses what terrible service we got from him. Thanks Corey for being the worst salesman we've ever dealt with. More
We had been searching for a very specific Toyota truck for approximately 18 months. We finally found it via the internet and began a conversation (via phone and email) with Tyrone Cottrell. Tyrone was responsive to our requests for information and pictures of the truck. Based on our conversation and pictures we felt we had found the truck for us. But because we live south of Atlanta and the dealership is in Louisville, Kentucky, we were apprehensive about travelling that far to purchase a vehicle sight unseen. We were able to strike a deal over the telephone and Tyrone emailed the necessary documents to secure our financing with our local credit union. We booked our flight and flew to Louisville. Tyrone picked us up at the airport and drove us to the dealership where the truck was waiting - exactly as presented via photos and email. I must say we were nervous about buying a vehicle this way, but Tryone made the process very smooth. He was responsive, he did what he said he would, and there were no surprises. I would absolutely recommend Tyrone Cottrell as a saleman to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota, even if you live 500 miles away! More

He was not pushy at all actually quite the opposite in his sales approach which is genius in my opinion because the minute a salesman gets pushy I walk. He was that way, we haggled a bit and I feel like I got a very fair deal. Couldn't have been a better experience. Seriously and this is from a guy that has had both good and awful experiences. This was great and I would go to him and Oxmoor Toyota again. They have my business and more importantly for them they have my word of mouth business, and my mouth gets around. Thanks to all the staff and what a day, I actually had a pleasant car buying experience. How often do you get to type that? It was good enough for me to take the time and actually write this so that should say enough, I barely left a finger especially if I don't have to. Props again for the great experience.... More
