Our salesman Corry Morris was very professional and patient. We had narrowed our search to 3 different cars based on personal needs - Escape, CRV and RAV4. Corey was very knowledgable about all three of those cars and showed us cars that met my wife's needs. He did not try to steer us towards a car that did not. Don Thomas spent quite a bit of time and effort to get me all the information I needed about the various Prius models I was interested in. I was turning in a three-year-old, leased Prius (from Oxmoor Toyota all the information I needed about the various Prius models I was interested in. I was turning in a three-year-old, leased Prius (from Oxmoor Toyota) and wanted a hybrid with more cargo room. I was also looking at the Lexus hybrid and considering other hybrid options. Don's effort reassured me that Oxmoor Toyota would continue to be a responsive dealership. I had been very pleased with Donna Skaggs' help with service for the 2010 Prius. Also Lauren Waldman worked efficiently with us to get us excellent rates for financing. I preferred financing rather than leasing this time. The Prius V I chose was available on the floor.
