Hi Mr. Robertson, to answer your question just make sure that a car is as clean as it was when it came in. The grease mark on the front passenger seat should have been wiped off before I got in my car after having the oil changed. Your service people as well as the customer service person should have noticed it and wiped it off. Thank you
