Bought a Mazda 3 that was listed as pristine with low miles. Upon its arrival i noticed a horrible smell coming from the car. It was explained to me by the salesman that the smell was coming from the coating placed on the car in Japan and it would take 10,000 miles to burn off. Turns out it was the smell of a burned out clutch. The car was a lemon and Oxnard has refused to return my emails. I've asked them to compensate me or accept the car back and they have ignored my requests. Not happy with my experience. More

Showed the email to the owner, Josh, while Karen was on speakerphone, got a shrug out of him and an offer to "discount" the accessories, Congratulations, you got me! More
