Wish I could say better! I started my search at Bobby Rahal for my 535i, and the sales rep there was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about BMW's, and highly profession I started my search at Bobby Rahal for my 535i, and the sales rep there was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about BMW's, and highly professional in his appearance and demeanor. Start contrast from the P&W test drive where I learned nothing from the kid in khakis and a polo. But, as it turns out, P&W got the sale, as they chanced to have the color combination I wanted at the time. After my purchase, I never heard from my sales rep again, asking how I liked my car, which I consider poor salesmanship. My work colleague who referred me to P&W was promised a referral gift basket, which never came, that was a very big mistake, as she never referred another individual to P&W again, and many in her social circle drive BMW's. Turns out my CPO car, came with a leak in the AC, and for 4 days I have left message after message for managers and representatives alike, and not one phone call back regarding the warranty....so frustrating! On the positive side, the finance manager was very personable and professional when I made my purchase; and got me in and out quickly. More
