Outstanding experience buying Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle This is my first BMW. I live about 2 hours away from P&W BMW, but my local dealership did not have a certified pre-owned with the features I wanted. This is my first BMW. I live about 2 hours away from P&W BMW, but my local dealership did not have a certified pre-owned with the features I wanted. I found this car online on CARFAX and contacted the P&W BMW through the email link. Received a response within a few hours and conducted all the discussions and negotiations effortlessly by telephone. The sales representative was a real gentleman, very knowledgeable and personable, gave me his personal mobile phone number, and was readily available for all questions and issues. They accommodated this "remote" purchase smoothly, providing all the information I needed by email or text (including photographs and a test drive by my relative who lives nearby). Their sales manager negotiated a fair price with us. They offered me my choice of traveling to Pittsburgh to pick up the car at my convenience or delivering it to me - in the end, they delivered the car to my front door in perfect "as advertised" condition with all the paperwork. They were also immediately available post-purchase to help me through some minor paperwork issues through BMW. This could not have been a better, smoother purchase experience! More
