The service department is understaffed or don’t care This is my Third BMW. Unfortunately this one consumes more oil than the Exxon Valdez. I have attempted to get the situation corrected with no luck. The service department seems overwhelmed. I always have to initiate contact. I have left messages often and never get a return call. It seems my car spent more time at the dealer than in my garage. I guess it is time to try a new dealership or Brand. More

Bailed me out in a jam I arrived without an appointment with a nail in my tire. The service department took me right in, replaced all four tires and had me on my way in less I arrived without an appointment with a nail in my tire. Oil change car wash I came here because of the horrible customer service at the Monroeville dealer where I purchased my car. They showed me everything that was due and was able to complete the approved work. I was asked if I want to stay an extra 30-40 minutes for my car to be washed. I waited the extra time and when I was taken to my car it was in the same condition, unwashed. I had just come off the highway from a road trip The man offered me the opportunity to come back for the wash but I don’t frequent that side of town much Overall I was pleased with the work done. Genius experience and car charging Overall experience was a good one. One problem was that the car was not charged up when we went to pick it up. Could not even get home without going to gas backup. Good thing I had the Rex. This was the experience all weekend. Could not go anywhere for 3 days without using gas. 2nd issue was that the geniuses did not go over things that were really needed. The basic workings of the car are nice but what I really needed was someone to help get phone connected, get apps loaded, get the correct apps, get signed up for the correct items and authorized in what I needed to be part of. The car itself is not hard to figure out but the remote apps and such are what is needed to be taught More
