Not happy at all. Got down there 30 mins before my appointment, for just an inspection, they told me it would take 1hr for inspection and 30 mins for car wash. 2 hours Got down there 30 mins before my appointment, for just an inspection, they told me it would take 1hr for inspection and 30 mins for car wash. 2 hours gone by and they finally come out saying I had a nail in my tire and it needed replaced to pass inspection, I have brought my car here twice in one year and each time they said the same tire needed replaced. Ok whatever I told them to replace the tire which they said would take 40 mins to do. They asked if I still wanted a car wash which I replied yes. An hour and 20 mins go by and they finally come out to tell me my car was done. By that time I was at the dealer for almost 4 hours to get an inspection and tire and replace a bulb. I pay and go to my car only to see the car wasn’t washed at all. Very unpleased. I made my appointment to be done in time to beat rush hour traffic on my way home and instead I got caught in the heart of it. Not happy and will not be back. More
