Honestly if I could give this dealership a lower rating then a 1, I would. We drove 4 and a half hours to come and look at a truck they had listed for sale. When we got there the truck wouldn't even start due to the batteries being old and bad. They sat there and tried to put 2 different charging packs on the truck and kept turning it over without letting it charge, they even went so far as to have the charging packs on the batteries and put a set of jumper cables on to jump it with another truck at the same time, honestly i am surprised they didn't fry the computer system in the truck with what they were doing. There are dents and scratches that weren't present in the photos, not to mention they had admitted to putting a new dent in the tailgate since they "detailed the truck" the day before, which they didn't bother to mention to us on the way down. There was a crack in the windshield, the tires are bald and needed to be replaced as they were weather cracked and had no rubber left. Part of the tailgate on the inside was missing, but they said they had just found it and could put it back on, but wasn't sure it would fit with the new damage from them detailing the truck. There is a spot on the door they obviously tried to paint match, that they didn't bother to match to the gloss finish so it was a matte blob on the driver's door. We had a Mechanic, look at the truck, and we were informed that there is a mechanical issue with the lifter that needed to be fixed, causing the motor to make a tick noise (the fix is super expensive). So we brought up our concerns and said they would need to come way down on the price for the condition the truck is in, the guy laughed and said it's a truck so it's ment to be used so of course it has some damage, and they wouldn't budge on the price at all. This place is a dump, the wall was missing dry wall and the insulation was hanging out by the front door, the flooring was even coming up at spots. The staff were unprofessional and rude. My suggestion would be take your business to other places, after reading other reviews as well it seems like a pattern they have. Don't fall for the scam they have running. I feel bad for the person, that buys that truck. Since the engine already is having noise and lifter issues, you'll be lucky to make it anywhere without the engine blowing up, then you'll be out of money and a truck. More

Great buying experience, not so great car. To be fair, we did not do our due diligence and have the car inspected by a 3rd party. When we test drove the car, we noted the windows didn't go up and down smoothly, there was a windshield chip, and the power steering fluid was low. No big deal, they fixed that stuff and we purchased the car. We get home, and notice the coolant is low and the key fob doesn't work. I add coolant and pair the key fob to the car myself. No further issues with either of those. A few days later, it's apparent that the power steering is leaking and needs fixed. Wife takes it in to PDX motors and they say they can't find any leak. I (husband) take it in, and show them the leak. The leak was big enough to be continuously dripping in the parking lot of the dealer. Not sure how they could have missed it other than incompetence. ATF fluid is also bright red, and has a strong smell. They end up replacing the steering rack and fixing it, no charge. After picking it up from PDX motors again, on the first hot day of the year, it's obvious the AC does not work. I look under the hood and the AC compressor clutch is not even engaging. At this point I'll deal with it, but you should be looking for problems when you get a vehicle from PDX Motors. Take it to a 3rd party for inspection. Also had to replace battery right after purchase, dead short a few days later and doesn't take a charge (Battery Date code indicates it's from 2009!). Car also needs brakes replaced. Other than the vehicle problems, the staff was courteous and the buying experience was great. They even gave us a ride home after taking the car in for repairs. They just need to improve the quality of the vehicles they sell. More

I had an excellent experience with PDX Motors. I worked with Tim who took time to talk over all the details and my requests prior to me making the 2.5 hour drive to pick up the car. I would highly recommend dealing with him and his dealership. Many other dealerships and sales people tried to play games with me, wouldn't negotiate other dealers. Trust me the "ONE PRICE" dealers that you see on TV commercials are over priced dealers. At the end of the sale, Alex offered very fair priced on the warranty. Great service, and much faster getting me out the door than I expected. God I hate it how dealers play games and hide your keys and keep you there all day. lol. I dealt with just about every Subaru dealer in the pacific north west looking for my new car, this place was the best, and so was Alex. Couldn't be happier with my experience with him. So anyways I bought a super nice Blue 2014 Subaru Wrx and love it ! More
