Paid over $25,000 for a Lexus from Zac, that turned out to be a lemon. Zac said the Lexus was in NO accidents; turned out the car was in 2 accidents. I've gone back and forth, been over a year - and now to be a lemon. Zac said the Lexus was in NO accidents; turned out the car was in 2 accidents. I've gone back and forth, been over a year - and now Zac gives me a low-ball trade in offer. Yes, it's been OVER a year and his offer is now based on the 2 undisclosed accidents. If you value your time and money, and want refined, accident free cars - don't go dealing with the foolishness that exist at this shop. If I could give ZERO stars I would. More

Got the exact car I wanted with excellent customer service! Bronko, Zac and James were fantastic! I was looking for an Acura MDX with an Advance package. They took the time to answer all of my questions and wer Bronko, Zac and James were fantastic! I was looking for an Acura MDX with an Advance package. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were happy to get me additional information when requested. This was very helpful as I was an out of town customer from Portland. Not once did I ever feel pressured and their communication through phone calls, texts, and E-mail was excellent! They even stayed at the dealership in a blizzard and mailed back some items to me that I had left at the dealership. PNW Luxury was the best dealership experience I have had in 27 years of purchasing cars for myself! More
