Pacific Auto Center was perfect in every aspect again, this isn't my first purchase here nor will it be my last. But the best part was my salesman Joey, and I generally dislike car salesmen. There was no this isn't my first purchase here nor will it be my last. But the best part was my salesman Joey, and I generally dislike car salesmen. There was no xx, one phone call where I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and don't call me back unless they can do my deal. Half hour later was a phone call saying "done, when can you be here?" 2 hours later I pulled up and was there 15 min before leaving with my new car. A+++ Jerod Dawson, Temecula CA More

Avoid this dealership; they use illegal bait-and-switch pricing by adding $5k+ in 'junk fees' not included in their advertised price. Under CA Vehicle Code § 11713.1(e), they are legally required to honor pricing by adding $5k+ in 'junk fees' not included in their advertised price. Under CA Vehicle Code § 11713.1(e), they are legally required to honor the advertised price, but they only backed down once I threatened a state audit. If they try this with you, do not negotiate—save your texts and file a formal Form INV 172A with the DMV Occupational Licensing office immediately. More
***SCAM/SCHEME ALERT! !!!*** Price on website and on car window tag is nowhere near what they will actually charge you due to their MANDATORY add ons that you don’t ask fo !!!*** Price on website and on car window tag is nowhere near what they will actually charge you due to their MANDATORY add ons that you don’t ask for, don’t want and don’t need. Because we “were” gonna pay cash, they gave us a huge discount on the three MANDATORY dealer add ons which brought them down to the low price of $995/ea ($3000 worth of add ons) 1. Gps $995: a glorified $30 apple air tag to track where your car is at. MANDATORY $995 add ons 2. “Etch” $995: serial/vin number written on major components of the car in case it’s stolen. This is already done by the manufacturer themselves so not sure if they do it to more parts but a $30 engraver you could do yourself or pay $100 and have it done professionally. Nope, $995 MANDATORY 3. 3m protection on paint: new cars come with this…this car did not have it installed anywhere that we could see but regardless: $995 MANDATORY That’s over $3000 after taxes for unnecessary (not requested) add ons. When confronted about them: “oh, Steven didn’t show you them? Let’s call Steven. Where’s Steven let’s have him show you these features.” When asked why the website doesn’t reflect these add ons in the price: “we have several thousand cars and sometimes we don’t get around to updating them in time but it’s in the disclaimer” (it sure is in the fine print last sentence and hidden that their may be extra cost). We then attempted negotiating in any direction back toward what we were expecting to pay ($3000 less than this surprise invoice) and long story short (not exact words): we don’t make much profit on the cars, all our profit is here (in the add ons). Short story: scheme and lie to get you through the door, get ready to sign papers and final price won’t be anywhere near what you expected due to MANDATORY several thousand in add ons features (actual cost less than $100). Do not buy from these scam artist. Bought a van from them and have nothing but problems a week after buying it. They had it for over a week after I bought it supposedly fixing a noise Bought a van from them and have nothing but problems a week after buying it. They had it for over a week after I bought it supposedly fixing a noise in the rear end and it didn’t get fixed. The whole process was a mess. Art is probably the worst sells person you can have with horrible follow up and help after the fact. Robert in the service dealership is a joke. He has called to act like he is going to help and says he will call you back then just disappears. They will charge you a bunch of fees on top on the price for the car. They just take advantage of people. Go somewhere else to buy a car and stay clear of this shady car lot. Just look at the real reviews and not things they get their friends to put. It’s all the same negative experiences. More

When I went in looking for a diesel truck, Art was very patient and knowledgable about the trucks on the lot. He was attentive whenever I would ask about a truck price, he wasn’t pushy.
