Prior to my visit at Honda, I purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot from another lot about four months before. I started to experience some trouble with the Pilot soon after, hence my service visit to Honda. Nonetheless, Jason was the first face I saw when walking through the doors of Pacific Honda, approachable and non forceful. I asked to speak with a service member to help me assess the problem that persist on the Pilot. He walked me on over to service and from there they took over. After setting up an appointment with service to take a look at the pilot I walked on over to the showroom area because I was curious about the type of innovations that Honda recently came up with. My eyes grew big when I saw the odyssey, I knew my family deserved that van. I was already kicking my self in the rear for not consulting with other dealerships before purchasing a vehicle. Fast forward to the day I took the van home (the end of January), there was no rushing involved, no haggling, no pressure. The transaction was completely easy, honest and deliberate.
